Number of Beds - 24
· Number of Staff – Varies depending on census. Below is the maximum for a census of 24
· Type of staff:
o Day Shift – 3 RN 1 CNA 5 OT 6 PT
o Night Shift - 3 RN 1 CNA
· Patient Ratios – Max 5:1
· Type of equipment -
· EMR - Meditech
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· At least 6 months of occupational therapy experience
·
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Inpatient Rehab Experience
·
List typical procedures performed on units:
· Majority of diagnosis for patient to have Therapy treatments for stroke fractures and cardiac debility related patients.
·
Dress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
· Scrub Color - Navy
·
