Home Health Physical Therapist: 3 years of experience required. HH experience but will consider those with strong SNF as well. BLS required. MT PT License required. Mileage radius is about 30 miles. Sometimes we have a couple outliers. However average daily mileage is about 40. Bill rate is all inclusive.
