SLP needed for 13 weeks in a hospital in Oklahoma City, OK. This SLP will work up to 40 hours per week. An Oklahoma Speech Language Pathology license will be required.

Licenses/Certifications: NPI NUMBER, State License-Speech Therapist-Oklahoma, CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support)
