This 342-bed facility located a short drive from Houston, TX has been meeting the healthcare needs of its region for more than 75 years. This facility has achieved recognition as a Certified Primary Stroke Center, an Accredited Chest Pain Center, and designation as a Level III Trauma facility. With its massive recreational lake and easy access to a national forest, there’s no doubt that this area is a veritable outdoor playground.


OT needed for 13 weeks
· Number of Beds –Hospital ADC 230-280 varies. Inpatient Rehab unit-20 beds
· Number of Staff – 12 fulltime-mix of OTs and COTAs 8 PRNs
· Type of staff:
o Mix of OTRs and COTAs
· Patient Ratios – 7-8 per therapist acute 4-5 on rehab
· Type of equipment – Various Acute and rehab standard equipment
· EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
· Exp in acute and inpatient rehab
·
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· NICU ICU
