Days Mon - Fri 8a- 5p

Setting(s): Inpatient or Outpatient

Contract duration: 13 Weeks

Latest start date for consideration: need asap

Min amount of experience for consideration: 1 year or function very well independently

# of other therapists on staff at this location: OP 1.5 COTA: inpatient 1 OT and 0.5 COTA

EMR/documentation system: ReDoc for OP and MedHost for inpatient

Caseload/patient scheduling info: 6- 8 patients a day

Any productivity expectations: 20 units

Proposed weekly schedule: Mon – Fri 8a – 5p

COVID vax required?: no

Guaranteed hours/week: 36

Required Credentials: BS in OT or higher

Required License and Certifications: OT NM licensure
