Excellent Physical Therapy opportunity in the Home Health setting for 13 weeks. Great team and very supportive staff. Excellent pay, benefits, and bonuses are available.

Home Health experience is a prerequisite, and we prefer candidates with a minimum of one year of Home Healthcare experience. The position is a 40 hours position, excluding the first and last week. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday, with no weekend requirements. Our documentation is facilitated through the EMR of Continulink. The coverage area encompasses Pueblo, Pueblo West, Florence, and Canon City.
