36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Float to other clinics: no

Patient Population: all ages, primarily ortho with occasional chronic pain and neuro diagnoses

Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected
