- Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Master’s degree (MA or MS) or Doctorate (DPT); will consider Therapy Assistant with appropriate education
- License Required?: YES
- Previous travel experience required?: No
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Stroke and ortho mostly
- Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Yes, all areas
- What areas are they required to cover?: All clinical areas in the hospital and any outpatients
- EMR: Meditech with transition to Epic in 26/27
- Shifts & Scheduling Details: M-F 7-4
- Do you allow self-scheduling or block scheduling?: Yes
- Weekend Requirements: Limited to no call
- Holiday Requirements: No holidays

RTO needed upfront - Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
