Occupational Therapist / OT

Traveler position

Outpatient, little inpatient/SNF

Primarily be working with adults in outpatient and skilled nursing facility.

Patient population is primarily individuals living with dementia. There is possibility of occasional swing bed patient less than 1 person per week average. Having a comfort with an occasional pediatric patient is a bonus.

13 weeks, possible extension

Shifts primarily M-F potential for a rare weekend need, however it would be identified greater than a month in advance.

36 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours
