Traveler position

Outpatient - 1 yr of outpatient experience required

Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Experience: Adult Outpatient Adult Rehabilitation Facility. Required Adult Case Skills/Experience: CVA Rehabilitation Traumatic brain injury Lower Extremity Other Progressive Neurological Disorders Spinal cord injury Upper Extremity. Required Modalities/Manual Skills/Therapies Skills/Experience: Electrical Stimulation Ultrasound. Required Orthopedic Case Skills/Experience: Hip Fracture and Total Hip Replacement Knee Injuries and Total Knee Replacement. Required Professional Skills and Knowledge: Lifting and transfer Patient/Family Education Safety and injury prevention Telephone calls. Required Evaluation Tools: Cognitive Assessment Functional Capacity Evaluation Functional Independence Measure FIM Other Perceptual Assessment. Required Billing/Documentation Skills/Experience: Assessment Discharge Evaluation Plan of Care Reassessments.
Neuro and lymphedema certs preferred.

Shift: 5x8 Days 0

Weekend REQ: rotating every 6 weeks

Schedule is M-F blocked with weekend req.

36 hours guaranteed, working up to 40 hours
