Physical Therapist needed for outpatient clinic setting in Harrison, AR



Compact license accepted

13 week assignment

Outpatient experience needed

Visits per week: 12-14/day (60 per week)

36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.



*Facility would like to offer a $3,000 completion bonus to the traveler after 16-weeks OR $5,000 Completion bonus after a 26-week contract. -Terms: 576 hours in a 16 week period with no more than 2 call offs or tardies ; 936 hours with no more than 3 call offs or tardies.*
