Endoscopy / GI Travel RN
• Conduct and properly document comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments and tests
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered to assigned patients.
• Monitor patient’s vitals and sedation; report adverse reactions in a timely manner.
• Address patient questions and concerns, keeping the patient informed throughout the duration of the procedure
• Participate in the execution and implementation of patient care plan and discharge documents.
• Flexibility to travel to the assignment location.
• Availability to work the facility’s required schedule.
• Willingness to complete onboarding items in a timely manner.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and strive for the highest quality of patient care.
• Also referred to as: endoscopy registered nurse, gastrointestinal nurse, endo nurse, GI nurse, endo and GI nurse.

Job Requirements
• 2 years of experience as a Endo/GI nurse
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school
• Current state specific RN license in good standing, or if applicable, a compact state RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
