Shift: 6:30 AM to #:30 PM
Duration: 13 weeks assignment

MIN REQUIREMENT:

Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
Geriatric patient experience - Required
NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - Required
CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
BSN Preferred

DESCRIPTION:

Dialyze Direct brings a gentler, more effective treatment to the geriatric population, which vastly improves their quality of life. That’s why we work with skilled nursing facilities to design and build customized Dialyze Direct home dialysis dens within the building — a first-to-market approach that benefits all involved:

Patients receive shorter, gentler and more frequent treatments, more closely mimicking the function of healthy kidneys.
Patients experience decreased recovery times and a dramatic improvement to their quality of life.
Our nurses are highly trained and have a specialized skill set in dialysis, resulting in exceptional levels of compassionate care.

Infojini Healthcare Job ID #54946. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
