Easy parking. Mid size facility. Decent patient population.
Cons
Charting system: Cerner. Night shift are way too comfortable showing up late to relieve day shift and there are no actions taken by management. They implement their own patient distribution system, instead of the standard 1 Nurse to only care for 6-7 Patients, they set it up as 2 Nurses to care for up to 14-15 Patients and no you cannot divide the patients amongst you. Both nurses are expect to be ready and willing to care for all 14-15 patients in the "pod"
