Description

CERTS: AART – ACLS, BLS, & PALS is required

2 or more years of current experience in acute hospital settings

Cerner experience

Need 2 supervisor references (charge nurse accepted)

Unit Notes:

Shifts: RN's - variable, 8 hr shifts, Tech's - variable all 8 hr shifts -they will possibly consider 10 or 12 hr shifts - Floating: No - Floor specific orientation: 1 shift of orientation - Common cases(IR &Cath lab): Must know IR, cath lab, EP, and neuro - they do trauma, neuro, STEMI's, etc. Cath lab specifically does L & R interventional and diagnostic, implants, pacers,etc. EP does EP studies, diagnostics ablations, etc. IR does central lines, fistulas, chemo ports, etc. and neuro does cerebral aneursyms, thromobectomies, coils, etc. they are getting busier and busier with neuro cases - Additional Notes: Candidates must have 2 years of experience or more. Travel experience is preferred. Candidates must also have experience with IR, cath lab, and neuro experience, EP experience is preferred.
