Overview
This position is sign on bonus eligible:
The Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. This individual conducts general radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable procedures as assigned. The Radiologic Technologist performs procedures that will require independent judgment--with ingenuity and initiative--to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis. He/she assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. The Radiologic Technologist provides appropriate age-specific patient care to the following patient populations: infant, child, adolescent, adult, geriatric.
Qualifications:
A. Education
1. Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology
B. Experience
1. One year or more as a staff technologist
C. Licensure/Certification
1. Current ARRT registry
2. Current BCLS certification
