Stability Healthcare is pleased to partner with is a mission-focused, high quality, rural health clinic and critical access hospital seeking an Advanced Practitioner (PA or APRN) to join their compassionate team of Family Medicine Providers.

This position is full time and includes medical responsibilities in acute and emergent care as well as in the family medicine clinic setting. This is a day position (4 days per week – Clinical & Emergency Room). The AP is also required to share in primary ER call responsibilities, which include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Advanced Practitioners provide a wide range of services and practices in a supportive and collaborative environment with an experienced team of highly skilled providers and nurses. Providers, nursing and ancillary team members deliver quality care on the frontier of Southwest Kansas.

NP AND PA QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of Kansas.
  • Board Certification.
  • DEA licensure.
  • Ability to work with an EMR.
  • Ability to work within a care team to coordinate patient care.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Clinical background in adult, family medicine or geriatric specialties preferred.
  • Experience working in a Rural Health Clinic, Critical Access Hospital, and Emergency Department care settings preferred.
