A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!

Responsibilities and requirements include:

• To participate as a member of the IEP team as well as during IEP meetings if requested.
• To provide support to classroom staff in managing students with challenging behaviors.
• Create, assemble, and adapt learning materials to student's needs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs floor to waist as well as carry 5-10 feet.
• Push/pull items over 90 lbs on wheels over carpeted, tile, concrete, paved, dirt, or other outdoor surfaces.

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

• Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• Current Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience analyzing data and creating a plan of action to remediate areas of concern.
• Experience creating and implementing Functional Behavior Analyses and Behavior Intervention Plans.
