Description
A great School is looking for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing team!
Responsibilities and requirements include:
- Conducts initial and on-going behavior assessments for students with a PBSP or may need a PBSP.
- To design, implement, and collect data on a PBSP.
- To answer pages and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- To participate as a member of the IEP team as well as during IEP meetings if requested.
- To provide support to classroom staff in managing students with challenging behaviors.
Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current Certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed to practice by state(s) in which services are being provided by state
- Experience working with children with severe and multiple disabilities preferred.
