Much of the work they do centers on assessing and tracking changes in patients' conditions and reporting this information to the doctor heading the treatment team. They also frequently change dressings, provide wound care and perform minor bedside procedures, such as IV or catheterization.

Pros

My friend really likes ALOIS health care, and talks them up. Always with nose down to study in the book. She can't always cook, and balance her checkbook just like a crook. At the end of the night we both forgot how much time it took.

Cons

I get easily confused and my phone device glitches out. Sometimes the screen straigns my eyes after a day outside. Oh my, I can't understand why. And the super seems to call just after I get served some bad news in the mail.
