Description

A certified medication aide is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) responsible for administering daily medication to patients in a hospital or medical facility. Also referred to as medical aide technicians, their duties include monitoring patients, reporting changes, and collecting samples. The ideal medication aide will be extremely detail-oriented and possess in-depth knowledge of patient care procedures. Providing excellent patient care is a vital part of this job, which is why excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Pros

Quick, professionally friendly without being overbearing, very responsive to all of my communications throughout the entire contract. Not pushy regarding jobs or locations I did not want to entertain.

Cons

I hate phone calls, and make it clear that I prefer to communicate via text, but would still get texts asking for a call. This is pandemic with nearly every recruiter I've ever worked with though, so it's mostly just a minor annoyance. Not the best pay, but upfront about it.
