Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years (It is a challenging and very busy unit - must have similar experience with ratios/acuity).Certs: ACLS, BCLS and NIH. Skills: IV Start and Telemetry, pre and post procedure patients cardiac pts., cardiac drips, PCI Target Ratios: 1:5-6.
