Description

Position / Specialty: Dialysis**Call Required: 19:00-07:00 - 4-5 on call shifts in a 6 week scheduling period additional to the 36 hours**Ratios: Days – 1:2, Nights – 1:1, Weekends – 1:2Patient Ratio Experience Required: 1:2Avg. Daily Census: 20-30 overall in unit (treatments)Years of experience REQ: 2 years- Must have worked in hospital based dialysis program previously. Weekend REQ: 8-10 weekend shifts per contract. Certs REQ: BCLS required and ACLS preferred. Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes 7p-7a
