Clinical Service Director 
 
HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening as a Clinical Service Director with a major healthcare organization in White Plains.
 
Daily Responsibilities for the Clinical Service Director:

• Oversees daily operations of interdisciplinary teams, including care planning, staff supervision, and resource allocation across various settings such as the Day Health Center and home services. Serving as the Director of Patient Services (DPS) for LHCSA, they ensure regulatory compliance, address grievances, investigate incidents, and manage staff development, all while focusing on delivering high-quality, cost-effective care to improve participant outcomes
• Shift
  • Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

• Clear and active RN license in New York State
• 3+ years of recent Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience
• 3+ years of managing a team of Registered Nurses
• Recent experience working with the elderly

• $135,000 a year - $145,0000 a year
