Description

Cardiovascular Sonography Technologist – RDCS / ARDMS

HealthCare Support seeks a Cardiovascular Sonography Technologist – RDCS / ARDMS to fill an opening with a nationally ranked healthcare provider in Colorado Springs, CO

Daily Responsibilities for Cardiovascular Sonography Technologist – RDCS / ARDMS :

When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within the scope of practice
Monitors patient condition and reports status changes. Select appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters
Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment
Working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Schedule: Flexible shift options (40 hours per week, days or nights)
On-Call: Yes

Required Qualifications for Cardiovascular Sonography Technologist – RDCS / ARDMS :

Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
RDCS or RCS in adult echo or RVT or RVS in vascular ultrasound (completed within 1 year of hire date)
