Description
Manager of Care Delivery – RN
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Care Delivery – RN to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Brooklyn.
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Care Delivery – RN
- Oversee a team of 4-5 community nurses
- Coordinating care, managing staffing and resources, handling documentation, conducting investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- one remote day after 90 days
Required Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery – RN
- Active NY Registered Nursing license
- 5 years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience
- 3 years of home care experience
Preferred Qualifications for Manager of Care Delivery – RN
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Completed NYSED-approved infection control coursework
- Managed long-term care insurance experience beneficial
- Case Management Certification recommended within 2 years of the employment
