Description

Mammography Tech

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Mammography Tech to fill an opening with a well-known Hospital in Boca Raton, FL.

Compensation: $31.65 - $43.65/hr (depending on experience and tenure)

Daily Responsibilities for the Mammography Tech:

Perform high-quality mammography exams on patients according to established protocols and physician orders.
Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns.
Maintain accurate patient records, including exam documentation, patient history, and pertinent clinical data.
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to review imaging results and assist in patient care decisions.
Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols to minimize radiation exposure risks for patients and staff.

Up to $15K Sign on Bonus!!! (varies by department)

Shift: 9am – 5:30pm

Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:

Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology approved by the AMA Council of Education
Minimum of 1 year of pertinent experience
Active Florida Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
Registered as a Mammography Technologist (ARRT)
Registered as a Radiography Technologist (ARRT)
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS
