HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Manager of Acute Rehab Services to fill an opening with a hospital in Miami, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for Manager of Acute Rehab Services:
- Lead and manage a comprehensive rehabilitation program, overseeing all aspects from program development and staff training to quality assurance and issue resolution.
- Ensure budget compliance, explore strategies to increase reimbursement, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Shift: M-F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Manager of Acute Rehab Services:
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- One of these licensures:
- Occupational Therapist
- Physical Therapist
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
- Speech-Language Pathologist
- BLS
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
- Full Medical, Dental, Vision
- Retirement Plan with Employer Match
