Description
Mammography Technologist
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Mammography Technologist to fill an opening with a large healthcare provider in Metro Denver.
40 hours per week, Day positions!
Daily Responsibilities for Mammography Technologist:
- Performs mammography procedures in accordance with standards of practice and organizational policies.
- Reviews patient history, schedules appointments, and educates patients on procedures and equipment.
- Prepares and administers contrast media and medications as ordered.
- Monitors patient condition, reports changes, and assists with interventional procedures.
- Prepares equipment, ensures safety standards, troubleshoots equipment issues, and maintains compliance with regulations.
Shifts: Full Time – Days, 40 hours
Required Qualifications for Mammography Technologist:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
- ARRT (R) and (MR) or ARRT (M)
- No minimum experience required
