Description

Urgent Care Supervisor

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Urgent Care Supervisor to fill an opening with an Urgent Care in Coral Gables, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for the Urgent Care Supervisor:

To manage and coordinate the daily operations and patient flow within the Urgent Care facility
Accountable for assessing and coordinating staffing requirements to ensure optimal patient care levels
Demonstrates exceptional teamwork and communication skills by effectively collaborating with team to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days
Ability to work one day remotely per week

Required Qualifications for the Urgent Care Supervisor:

Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
Bachelor of Science in Nursing Preferred
Associate of Science in Nursing Required
2 years of Registered Nurse Experience
Leadership Experience Required
BLS Certification Required

Pay Details: $85,633 - $113,892 (depending on years of experience)
