HealthCare Support is actively seeking an Nurse Manager Surgical Services to fill an opening with a leading healthcare organization in Largo, FL!
Daily Responsibilities for Nurse Manager Surgical Services:
- Strategic initiative management encompasses identifying, implementing, and overseeing new clinical services or initiatives to address emerging needs and opportunities within the organization
- Holds themselves and others accountable for adhering to compliance standards while understanding the importance of compliance in achieving organizational goals
- The facilities are open 24/7- Will work Monday-Friday Days
- Must have Florida RN license and/or Multistate License
- Must have leadership experience as a Charge, Supervisor, or Manager
- Must have recent Operating Room / CVOR experience
- Medical/Dental/Vision + Prescription benefits
