Job Details:

• Pay: $2,660 per week 

• Positions Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: Monday - Friday

• Scrub colors / dress code: Any basic color scrubs
   

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted State OT License

• BLS by American Heart Association - required

• Must have at least 1 year  of Skilled Home Health experience

• Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references
