	Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)
	
	</li><li>

	Duration: 13 weeks
	
	</li><li>
	Shift: Day
	
	</li><li>
	What is the work schedule for this position? Full time with potentially some weekends with flex time then off in the week
	
	</li><li>
	Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
	
	</li><li>
	Facility Setting? ARU
	
	</li><li>
	Will position be required to float to other units? No
	
	</li><li>
	Number of beds in your facility? 15
	
	</li><li>
	EMR for your facility: EPIC
	
	</li><li>
	Scrub colors / dress code: Gray
	
</li></ul>

 

Requirements:

<ul>
	<li>
	Active Unrestricted PA License 
	
	</li><li>
	BLS certification - required
	
	</li><li>
	Preferred experience level? At least 1 year of experience
	
	</li><li>
	Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
	
</li></ul>
