Now Hiring –  Physical Therapist- Urgent Need!

  • Start Date: 12/09/2024
  • Length of Contract: 13 weeks Contract
  • Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Beds: 98
  • EMR: NetHealth
  • Productivity Level: 90% 
  • Patient Type: SNF/ Post Acute
  • Shift: Days 
  • Schedule: (Monday – Friday, Sunday – Thursday, or Tuesday – Saturday) - Open to all schedules
  • Hours: 40 hours per week 
  • Number of Patients per day: 9-12
Required Documents
  • Updated Resume
  • New Grad Friendly – Active California Physical Therapist Licensed Required
  • AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required
  • Covid Vaccine Card Required
