Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2720 per week

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: 8hr Days (0)

• Ratios: 1:5-6 

• Skills REQ: Dysphasia Management (Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Compensatory Strategies, Hyolaryngeal Exercises), Plan of Care, Assessment/Evaluation/Discharge - First-Timers Accepted: Yes 

• Weekend REQ: TBD 

• Is On-Call REQ?: No 

• Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No 

• Open to accommodating block schedule?: No 

• Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate - Pending License Accepted: Yes - RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

• Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

• Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care / Transitional Care 

• Attire / Scrub Color: Any basic color scrubs 

• Charting: ECS 

• Parking Cost: Free 

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AK License

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 1 year of experience of Skilled Nursing Experience 

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
