Job Details:

• Pay: $2088 per week

• Travel: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Duration of assignment: 13 weekly

• Shift: 7:30a - 4p

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36

• Weekend Hours: 7:30a - 4p

• Number of Beds: 60

• Patient Ratios: 7 to 1

• Equipment: EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, Body weight support

• EHR: UDS and Epic

• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Geriatric, adult, peds (no younger than 13)

• Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF or SNF experience required

• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: neuro, ortho, debility, cardiac, etc

• Personality Fit: strong teamwork, communication, work ethic and responsibility

• Required Education: OTR

• Scrub Color: black

• Parking: Front Lot

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted MO License

• Active BLS, BCLS certification

• Years of Experience REQ: 2+ year of Experience

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
