Job Details:

• Pay: $2480 per week 

• Travel - PT (Physical Therapist)

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Shift: M-F 9 to 5:30; with occasional Saturday in place of a weekday if needed for staffing

• Facility Setting? Acute Rehab Unit

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No

• Number of beds in your facility? 18

• EMR for your facility: Epic

• Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Blue/Business Casual

• Parking Location: Attached parking lot

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted MI License

• Active BLS, BCLS certification

• Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of Experience

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
