Job Details:

• Pay: $2480 per week (to be updated)

• Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• 1:1 Patient care with one 45 min appointment every hour.

•  Performs appropriate evaluation tests and measurements based on the patients diagnosis.

•  Develop treatment plans, including reassess and revise every 6 weeks or earlier based on patient's progress.

•  Performs physical therapy techniques appropriate to the diagnosis.

• Demonstrates use of physical therapy modalities appropriate to the diagnosis.

 

• • Documents progress reports for patients in a timely manner to coincide with physician follow up visits, and to assist with compliance for insurance carriers and utilization review companies for authorization and reimbursement.

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted CA License

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 1 year of PT experience

• Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
