Start Date: 12/10/2024

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Patients
Shift: Days (Monday – Friday)
Hours: 40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts
OT: OT Available

Number of Patients per day: 8-12
