Job Details:

• Pay: $2480 per week 

• Duration of assignment: 32 weeks

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: Monday-Friday; 7.5 hours per day

• 40 hours weekly guarantee

• AMN or School CF Supervision: YES

• The assignment includes providing direct therapy, attending individualized education program meetings (IEPs), writing IEP reports, performing assessments and screenings, working closely with other members of the Special Education Department

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted AZ License

• Arizona Department of Education Certificate

• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

• Must have at least 2 years of experience 

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
