Job Details:

Pay: $2480 per week
Travel: Physical Therapist (PT
Duration of assignment: 13 weeks
Shift: M-F; Variable
Facility Setting? LTAC
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? no
Preferred experience level? acute
EMR for your facility: wellsky

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted ND License
Active BLS, BCLS certification
NBCOT - required
Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled PT Experience
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
