Job Details:

• Pay: $2480 per week

• Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Positions Open: 1

• Shift: 9-3 if average of 6.4 hours/day)

• What is the work schedule for this position? 5 days/week. Flexibility is available.

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Facility Setting? LTACH

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No

• Number of beds in your facility? Max 32 (average census 20-25)

• Preferred experience level? Preferred acute care setting experience

•  EMR for your facility: Protouch (documentation) and Casamba/ SMART (billing) (will be transitioning to Kronos)

• Scrub colors / dress code: purple scrub pants with option for facility shirt or solid colored shirt, otherwise full scrub set

• What is the work schedule for this position? Typically begin at 9 and end when caseload is seen (9-3 if average of 6.4 hours/day)

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted IL License

• Active BLS certification

• Years of Experience: At least 1 year

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
