Job Details:

Pay: $ 2480 per week
Travel: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP
Positions Open: 1
Shift: Variable; Monday through Friday and 1 weekend per month
Duration: 13 weeks
Facility Setting? LTACH
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes
Number of beds in your facility? 65/36
Preferred experience level? Acute care/LTACH/Vents Traches/CVA
EMR for your facility: Protouch
Scrub colors / dress code: Navy Blue Scrubs
Parking Location: Front of Hospital Main Lot

Requirements:

Active Unrestricted KY License
Active BLS certification
Years of Experience: At least 1 year
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
