Job Details:

• Pay: $ 2480 per week

• Travel: Speech Language Pathologist

• Position Open: 1

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Shift: 8-9 to 4:30-5:30

• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40

• Facility Setting? Long term acute care hospital

• Will position be required to float to other units? Yes (travel time 20-25 mins between the buildings)

• Number of beds in your facility? 40

• EMR for your facility: Protouch and Casamba smart

• Scrub colors / dress code: Navy Blue scrub

 

Requirements:

• Active Unrestricted IN License 

• BLS certification - required

• Preferred experience level? At least 1 year of experience

• Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
