Description

Minimum of five (5) years nursing experience of management and/or supervisory in the Emergency Department.
Demonstrates leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Excellent creative skills, ideas to improve existing programs.
Ability to determine appropriate action in complex situations.
Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous responsibilities and to prioritize scheduling work.
Ability to complete work assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
Ability to handle difficult situations involving patients, physicians, or others in a professional manner.
Services, processes, ideas that have an impact on this job and the department.
Master's Degree in Nursing.
Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
BLS, ACLS, & PALS
TNCC preferred
MUST have ED experience

Mitchell Martin Healthcare Job ID #25-28396. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
