Description: SICU Registered Nurse

**SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Nights- 3x12hrs shifts- 18:45-07:15. Night rotate - looking for flexibility with shift if possible
Pre-Screen Unit - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Wellspan guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. *Manager will interview
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1 year
First time traveler accepted
CERTS: ACLS, BLS required
EPIC exp required *Must have Neuroscience ICU background, with strong skills in EVD, ICP, angiogram post care, CRRT, carotid, embolizations.
RTO: MAX 7 days
WEEKENDS: EOW
CALL REQUIREMENTS: n/a
HOLIDAYS: As needed
1 HARDSHIP SHIFT DEPENDING ON THE TIMEFRIME OF THE ASSIGNMENT

Neurosurgical Intensive Care Unit (NSICU) is a 10-bed intensive care unit (ICU) that provides care to critically ill?stroke patients (both ischemic and hemorrhagic) and non-traumatic neurosurgery and neurology patients 18 years and older and serves as an overflow unit for?medical?patients.?Post-operative neurosurgery and?neuro-endovascular surgery?procedures and care provided include, but are not limited to: ICP monitoring,?care post?IV and/or?IA?tPA?administration, mechanical thrombectomy, AVM repair, aneurysm repair, carotid stenting procedures, craniotomy, CRRT,?ventilator management,?and?hemodynamic monitoring.??
Could care for COVID patients. Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (18:30 - 07:30)
