3x12s (36Hrs) or 4x12s (48Hrs) contracts approved - traveler's choice *Travelers permanent address must be 50 miles from facility**

Guaranteed Hours: Traveler can be called off 1x per pay period / 1x per 2 weeks. Remaining shifts guaranteed
