COVID-19 vaccination is
recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through
April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix
Childrens prior to starting. Anyone not
vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory
virus season.
Only Nights are available now.
Experience
• 2 years nursing experience
• 1 year of NICU experience
• Level III or IV NICU experience preferred
• Childrens hospital experience
preferred
Education Requirements:
• Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing,
a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
• BSN preferred.
Certification/License/Registry Requirements:
• Current State of Arizona RN
license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the
ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
• Current BLS certification for
Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Current PALS certification
from the American Heart Association.
• Current NRP certification.
