Description

Our client is seeking an Occupational Therapist / OT to join their growing team. As an Occupational Therapist / OT you will create, communicate, and implement the patient’s individualized care plan, utilizing equipment and exercises to support the patient’s progress. Within this role, you will consistently update medical records and provide reports when necessary.

Job Details:

  • Location: Rutland, Vermont

Qualifications:

  • Certification from accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
