VMS Notes: HWL Requisition:BMPT-Griffin, GA (0010-1184)-Allied-0012 Will accept COTA: Yes Outpatient Experience is preferred. Will accept New Grads? Will accept First Time Travelers? Yes Float to other clinics: No Patient Population: 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours. OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked. Productivity expectation is 60 visits/ week; Will see 12-14 patients/day; Double-booking of follow up visits expected.
